  4.   ■ The door now supports Multi-Node systems in a BIG way!  Q-Dog can
  5.     handle as many users as you have lines in the door at one time.
  6.     Also, nodes one and two of your system can enter Q-Dog's NEW
  7.     Multi-Node room.  The room includes:

  9.                    ■ Two nodes ACTUALLY RACING AGAINST EACH OTHER.
  10.                      This is a break-through for Multi-Node doors! The
  11.                      two users race at the same time in real-time on
  12.                      a special two doggie track.
  13.  
  14.                    ■ Paging (or inviting) opposite Node for a race.
  15.  
  16.                    ■ "Who's On-Line" and "Who's in Q-Dog" Features
  17.  
  18.  
  19.   ■ QDCONFIG, a Q-Dog configuration and registration program, has been
  20.     written to assist you in easy setup and registration process.
  21.  
  22.   ■ A graphical overhaul has taken place.  The graphics of Q-Dog are almost
  23.     75% different than previous version.  Q-Dog is made up of several
  24.     "rooms" all of which revolve around one central graphic for lightening
  25.     fast, complex ANSI screens.

  27.    ■ Each user has his/her own personal doggie!  This dog is named by the
  28.      during the first session and may be changed at any time.

  30.    ■ An in depth statistics screen has been added.  This screen shows
  31.      information on the user and doggie.  Doggie stats include lifetime
  32.      achievments such as Number of Races, Races Won and % Success.

  34.    ■ Many changes in the editing room!  The shape created by the user in
  35.      the Doggie Editor is the shape of the user's dog ONLY.  The other
  36.      four dogs in the race look normal.  Also, the shape created is saved
  37.      when the user exits and restored for future playing.

  39.    ■ The actual races are run differently.  Previously, everything came
  40.      to a grinding halt when the first dog finished.  Now, all dogs
  41.      finish the race and time is given as a prize to the first AND
  42.      second place finishers.  The pay-off ratio for each place is
  43.      now fully configurable.

  45.    ■ We have given Q-Dog a more humorous tone by adding random quotes
  46.      to the beginning of the door and during the races.  Each time a
  47.      user enters the door, a random quote is selected and shown to
  48.      the user.

  50.    ■ As requested, Q-Dog now makes the distinction between the types
  51.      of bulletin board software (RemoteAccess, QuickBBS, or SuperBBS).
  52.      This option is for COSMETIC PURPOSES ONLY.  All files must be
  53.      identical to the structures of RemoteAccess files.

  55.    ■ Because of the many rooms now involved with Q-Dog, the door will
  56.      no longer throw a user out after using up all his/her races or
  57.      breaking the bank.  In this event, the regular track is shut off
  58.      to the user.  However, the user will be thrown out when his/her
  59.      original time limit has been exceeded.

  61.    ■ Q-Dog registrations are now handled by a .KEY system.  Once you
  62.      register the program, the key will work for any and all future
  63.      releases.
